President, Financial Planner
Early in her career, Rashida realized that if she truly wanted to make a difference in her clients’ lives, she had to be a specialist and work with a smaller segment of individuals. With her personal experiences as a single mom, she recognized that women had all the odds stacked up against them and therefore needed that extra helping hand in a secure, supportive and nurturing environment. With that vision in mind, Rashida started Lilani Wealth Management in 2007. Focusing on professional women and their loved ones, her goal is to provide objective, unbiased investment advice and be a partner in her clients’ financial success.
While working full-time and raising her two kids, Rashida decided to go back to school and secure a BS in Business Administration/Finance from California State University Northridge. She also holds a BA in Mathematics which she successfully completed in her early twenties. She is a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner (CFP®), Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®), and Chartered Mutual Funds Counselor (CMFC). Rashida has been offering financial planning services in the greater Sacramento area, Silicon Valley and Los Angeles since 2000.
Rashida has addressed many audiences and has presented at the Money Wi$e Women Conference, Sacramento Women's Chapter of California Dental Association and Chapman University, to name a few. Rashida’s insights on wealth management are often featured in regional publications like Sacramento Bee, San Jose Messenger and Granite Bay View Magazine.
Rashida has served on the boards of the Financial Planning Association of Northern California, Blue Line Arts and Executive Women’s Golf Association. Rashida lives in Granite Bay with her husband. She enjoys practicing hot yoga and travelling with her husband and adult children. Her hobbies include striving to master the game of golf, gardening in her ever-evolving backyard and reading. She is passionate about women’s causes and aspires to open a domestic violence shelter in an under-served part of the country.
Annie joined Lilani Wealth Management to support Rashida’s goal to provide objective, unbiased investment advice that can make a difference in clients’ lives. Annie graduated Summa Cum Laude from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science Economics degree and a Business Minor.

In her spare time, Annie enjoys the outdoors, reading, swimming, playing chess, and traveling.
