Empowering Women in STEM: Lilani Wealth Management Annual Scholarship

According to the National Science Foundation's 2023 report on diversity in STEM, women comprise 48% of the U.S. workforce but only 35% of the STEM workforce. This highlights the ongoing disparity in gender representation within these critical fields.

At Lilani Wealth Management, we are committed to empowering women and supporting initiatives that promote their advancement. One way we contribute to this mission is through our annual scholarship program, which is designed to support bright, motivated, and hardworking young women in our community who are aspiring to become future leaders in STEM.

Our scholarship is awarded to a female high school senior who is headed to college to study Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM). We seek candidates who are not only academically outstanding but also exhibit strong leadership skills and active community involvement. The selection process includes evaluating an essay, academic achievements, and demonstrated leadership in community activities.

By investing in these talented young women, we aim to help bridge the gender gap in STEM and foster the next generation of innovators and leaders. Here are some of our deserving scholarship recipients!
